SeaCrest on Siesta Key offers a variety of living arrangements, including one two-bedroom unit, one efficiency and 33 one bedroom units, at very affordable prices. All units have separate bedrooms, are fully furnished and equipped with cable TV, VCR/DVD and central heat and air. Linens are provided and each kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware.
Our on-site management team handles all of the arrangements for our rental condominiums, including reservations and maintenance. For you, this means that all of the details to make your stay with us a memorable one will receive prompt, courteous and efficient attention. In season, we require a one-week minimum stay and during the off-season we have a 3-day minimum stay. Daily rentals may be available depending on our occupancy.

RESERVATIONS
|
- Confirmed reservation requires a $300.00 deposit by credit card.
- A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for return of deposit.
- All cancellations or changes must be made in writing at least 61 days in advance for a partial refund of deposit. No exceptions.
- No refund are given for early departures.
- Full payment/balance due on arrival at Check-in. We will accept payment by credit card, certified checks, money orders, or travelers checks only.
- No cash or personal checks accepted.

| OCCUPANCY |
- Rates based on 1 or 2 people for 1 bedroom units and 1-4 people for 2 bedroom units.
- All units are NON-SMOKING
- Each additional person over 5 years of age (if accommodations permit) are #10/day.
- NO PETS of any kind are allowed.

PARKING
|
- Each guest will be issued a parking permit that must be displayed to park in the lot. There is only one parking space per unit. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
|
|
GUEST/VISITORS
|
- Sea Crest Office MUST be notified of extra guests prior to check-in and payment of extra charge upon arrival of guest is required.
- All visitors should be registered with office and assigned a parking space if available.
